The year 2009 has been a bag of mixed results, the financial upheavals throughout the world left no one unscathed. MBCT managed to slug through without having to curtail any program / project barring a few which were not viable.
Mehar Baba Charitable Trust managed quite a few firsts, namely the Hockey Nursery, and the Rural Women Private Business Initiative through “Phulkari Makers Bassi Pathana”. Your Trust is also striking another milestone in entering into a partnership with Utah University, Salt Lake City, USA for carrying out joint programs in District, Fatehgarh Sahib.
This year too, MBCT has touched the lives of over 11,178 persons through it’s ongoing projects in Skill Training; Medical & Social Awareness Programs.
Here I would like to thank our Trustees, Advisors, volunteers, community leaders, social workers and administration without whose support none of this would have been possible.
